Ashling Park Pinot Noir

Deep red with purple hue in colour with initial notes of Doris plum and cinnamon wrapped around a smoky core. Our Pinot Noir is highlighted by liquorice and lavender with a crunchy acid entry followed by red berry fruit and violets. It’s medium weighted with fine, silky tannins.

Try pairing with lamb, duck, pasta, pizza and even something with a light spice.
