Tour & Tasting
Book on a truly fascinating vineyard tour in an estate dating back to 1822. You’ll get to try our trophy-winning sparkling wines followed by our very own gin distilled from Pinot Noir grapes grown on our estate.
Our clever chef’s serve the most wonderful food. They are passionate about using local suppliers, in fact our meats are sourced from a farm less than a mile away
The dishes tell a story and showcase the best of the estate designed around our wine, bees, and our pinot gin
The restaurant interior is sleek, stylish and sophisticated and when alfresco on the balcony with front row seats over looking the vine canopy, you could be in Napa valley.
Ideal for a large group of friends, special celebrations or perfect for a date night.
Things To Do
Hands up who wants to make their own gin? Well we have a brilliant gin making experience at our Gin School awaiting eager students. With a touch of History, Home Economics and Double Chemistry, our gin making course professor will get you stuck in to smelling, rubbing and creating your own wonderful tipple. It’s all very entertaining and after all that hands-on fun, you’ll get to leave with two bottles of your very own recipe gin to delight (or brag about) at home.
Explore the local area
Out of the Estate the coast is just one mile away from the vineyard, we are surrounded by stunning coastal paths and have outstanding trails of Kingley Vale’s nature reserve right on our doorstep . For some sand between your toes it’s a short drive to Wittering beach, great for windsurfing, paddleboard, kayaking and at at low tide why not canoe to Chichester harbour to visit the seals.
We’ve also teamed up with Southern eBike Rentals who offer high quality electric mountain bikes delivered and collected at Ashling Park. If you want to do it the hard way (all fool you) they also have a selection of push bikes too.
