Tour & Tasting

Our neatly lined and ever-giving vineyard awaits, framed by 200-year-old oak trees. Learn about the passion and care that goes into growing grapes all year, as well as the work that goes into producing our award-winning wines. Back at our exquisitely designed tasting rooms, imagine yourself basking in the sun, overlooking the vines from our infinity terrace, sipping our delectable offerings. It’s as if you’re floating on the rim of a vineyard.

You will be able to sample our award-winning sparkling wines before moving on to our very own gin, which is distilled from Pinot Noir grapes grown on our estate. You can always purchase additional glasses of wine or a bottle to enjoy after your tour and tasting. Take a seat on the balcony or in the tasting room and take in the scenery. We have done everything possible to make our tasting room and tours accessible. Get in touch with us to find out more.

Our chefs prepare delectable dishes using locally sourced, in-season ingredients. We have created the perfect menu for you to pair with our wines and use them as exceptional ingredients, giving you an immersive experience. Try out our swish new tasting rooms with views of the sea of vines today!

Lunch is available Thursday – Sunday between 12 pm and 3 pm (last orders at 2.45 pm). There’s always a choice of two delicious roasts on the Sunday lunch menu.

We welcome drop-ins, but please be aware that we can get busy on weekends, and if you have set your heart on a bite to eat before or after your tour, we definitely recommend booking.

Lodge Stay

Experience comfort at our wine wonderland built by Will Hardie of TV’s Amazing Spaces. We have a selection of one or two-bedroom lodges full of character. Each lodge is named after a stage in the vineyard’s life cycle: Budburst, Flowering, Veraison, Harvest, and Fall, and is furnished with velvets and textiles that reflect the season’s colour. Each lodge has a plethora of luxuries.

Whether you’re looking for a romantic stay for two, a getaway with friends, or some fun days with the family, you’ll feel like you’re in heaven. After you’ve explored the estate, there’s so much more to discover in the surrounding area. Situated at the foot of Kingley Vale Nature Reserve and just a mile from stunning coastal paths, it’s the perfect place for canoeing to see the seals, paddleboarding to lunch, or feeling the sand between your toes at the Witterings. And rest assured, we’ll be operating within the current Government guidelines.

If you would like a lodge with additional accessibility features, please select Veraison when asked to choose your room.

Gin School

Ashling Park Estate allows gin enthusiasts to create their own specialised gin unique to their flavour palettes. As you move into the distillery and begin creating your gin recipe, we will provide theoretical and practical training.

Gin School sessions: Fridays at 5pm starting May 6th 2022

Cost: £125 for one person using the one still or £160 for two people sharing the still and working together.

Book your spot in Gin School today!

On the next page/step, please only click the ‘number of guests’ as 1 (even though 2 sharing the still) so the system doesn’t book two stills.

For private/ group bookings, alternative time slots are available; please ring 01243 967700.
