2022 was an exceptional year vintage at Ashling Park, representing our best red wine fruit of the year. Aged in French and American oak barrels for almost one year, giving structure, complexity and depth. Dark Cherry, Blackberry and subtle oak notes make this perfect at the table with a wide range of fine foods.
