  • Credit card details are not stored, and customer details are not shared with third parties except to fulfill orders.
  • Customers and newsletter subscribers may receive emails containing news and special offers.

Delivery Policy

The following information applies to UK mainland orders only.

  • Delivery is £5 per order, or free for orders of £99 or over.
  • Vouchers are eligible for free delivery for UK orders.
  • Deliveries are made by Parcel Force or APC Couriers.
  • Overseas and non-UK mainland delivery quotations are available upon request.

Age Requirements

  • All wine must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
  • Identification will be requested if there is any doubt about the recipient’s age.
  • If appropriate ID cannot be produced, goods will not be left, and a further delivery charge may apply for re-delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Please contact the company in the first instance to arrange any return.
  • For “change of mind” returns, items are returned at the customer’s cost for a refund of the wine.
  • Faulty products will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
  • Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Lodge Bookings

A contract is formed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued. The full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Lodge Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: If canceled within 30 days of arrival.
  • 50% Refund: If canceled within 14 days of arrival.
  • No Refund: If canceled within 5 days of arrival.

Stay Regulations

  • Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am.
  • Maximum occupancy is 2 persons for 1-bedroom lodges and 4 persons for 2-bedroom lodges.
  • Vaping or smoking inside results in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of payments.
  • Only one dog is permitted by prior arrangement.
  • Dogs are strictly prohibited from furniture, beds, and window seats.
  • A credit card authorization is taken at check-in to cover potential losses or damages.
  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 11 pm and 8 am.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of children, noting the onsite deep water pond and machinery.

Experience Cancellation Policy

  • Experiences must be paid for in advance to secure the booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the experience receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers become void if an experience is canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice.
