Farm-to-Table Dining at Ashling Park
Our Vineyard restaurant has some very clever chefs serving the most wonderful food for vineyard dining. We are passionate about using locally sourced products, in fact our meats are from a farm less than a mile away.
The dishes tell a Sussex story showcasing the best of the estate designed around our wine, honey, kitchen garden and greenhouses.
The restaurant interior is stylish and sophisticated and offers outside seating on the balcony with front row seats over looking the vineyard, you could be in Napa valley.
Downstairs the vineyard terrace caters for sharing boards and small treats. Evening service offers a vineyard dinner experience, with our trained WSET staff there to offer wine dinner pairing advice.

Lunch
Lunch is available Thursday – Sunday between 12 pm and 3 pm (last orders at 2.45 pm). There’s always a choice of two delicious roasts on the Sunday lunch menu.
We welcome drop-ins, but please be aware that we can get busy on weekends, and if you have set your heart on a bite to eat before or after your tour, we definitely recommend booking.
Dinner
Dinners are served Thursday – Saturday from 6pm.
